Wood Green

Our vision for this underused site on Station Road, Wood Green goes beyond simply providing a new venue for retail, arts and entertainment. Our aim is to use the scheme as a tool for regeneration, driving economic growth, integrating our commercial tenants with their local ecosystem.

Working in collaboration with The Collective and closely with Haringey Council and the local community, we are looking to transform this old car park site into a community hub offering affordable retail units, public event spaces and creating much needed employment opportunities.

It is envisaged that the site will be activated for a minimum period of five years and will look to build upon the successful Pop Brixton model that has created space and employment for local businesses and people.  100% of tenants will be independent businesses and 10% of any profits made will be invested directly into a community fund to help establish other projects in the area.
